Describe one thing that makes you different from other people.

This is the kind of question I get asked on my job applications. I think no one is the exact same as someone else so just being me makes me different but something noticeably different about me is how I approach situations and deal with conversations. When i'm asked a question I never rush to answer I will pause for a couple of seconds think about the question and think about what i'm going to say before I eventually answer the questions. I think this lead to me not saying things I don't mean. We went through everyone who didn't finish the previous day and overall the day was completed with them talking about there storys. I heard one of the stories and it was really in depth and made me think about how my story could improve.

Write about an adventure you would like to go on.

I would like to go to Japan. I've heard good things about it from people who went. As well as the internet portrays it as heaven on earth. So I would like to go maybe see Mt.Fuji, grab a couple cherry blossoms, eat the local food and overall experience Japanese culture. Another place would be Italy. It's the country I want to live in, in the future and would be nice to explore. We just were presenting and got through everyone who finished on time. I went to present it was good just explaining my story the way I want to and I think I did pretty well.

What is the most creative thing you have ever made? Share what it was and explain why it stands out as your best work.

The most creative thing I ever made was a storyboard. Actually I did this recently from my Audio & Video Tech class. I made basically I story with different shots like close up and cowboy shots. Incorporating the background, middle ground and foreground. It was my best work because it was the only time I ever tried while drawing apart from elementary school when I could barely hold a pencil. Today we continued on the poster. I was rereading my origin myth, and remembering the theme. Basically the whole class was working on the poster. I was learning even more how to use Adobe Express especially adding images and videos. I found out how to change the background fonts and spaced out my page.

Everyone has burning questions about life. Mysteries we wonder about but don’t always have clear answers for. Think about your biggest questions about existence, purpose, or the world around you. Write a blog post where you share at least two of your most burning questions about life and explain why these questions matter to you.

Obviously I have a lot of questions about life but if I had to narrow it down to just two it would be first why am I alive. Not in a suicidal meaning but as a genuine question. Why do we exist why is anything anywhere. It has always been something I thought about maybe it's all luck or maybe their is a God out there who created everything. The second question is slightly connected to the first it's does God exist or are we byproducts of a series of chain reactions basically what created humans. If it is some chain reaction of events what started the chain reaction did it start from nothing and if it's a God why did I choose to create humans when it did. My question are just questions about our being alive on earth. We started our visual representation of the Origin Myth we logged into Adobe Express and create the template for the poster. I learned how to use Adobe Express because I was absent the previous day Mr. Rease talked about it.

Analyze how you’ve adapted to the demands of this course over the past week, and evaluate one strength and one challenge you anticipate as we progress, justifying your insights with personal examples.

Well obviously I expected to write but not every day. For a moment I was overwhelmed with all the writing but I got used to it. It wasn't a lot of writing just more than i'm used to. One of my strengths I would say is my creativity I read so many books and watch a lot of shows to the point i'm really knowledge about like fantasy elements. A challenge I expect is essay's I often get sidetracked while writing so essay's aren't my forte. Summary: I revised my origin myth adding details before later submitting it. I added more about how the animals life before they created earth, gave more reasons as to why they did it. Also expanded on the conflict. Reflection: I need to be a bit more creative on the moral of the story. I should pace myself better. Also I should have honestly written a bit more the story was extremely short.

How did creating your own origin myth help you better understand why cultures use stories to explain the origins of people, places, traditions, or natural events? In your response, describe the choices you made while developing your myth and explain the lesson, value, or human responsibility you wanted your story to communicate.

I understand why people created and still create origin myths. It's more than a story it's expression on what you think and your own fantasies. I think origin myths so human imagination and integration. Creating an imaginary story and incorporating your own culture into it. For my origin myth I thought of Point Nemo it's an point in one of the oceans on earth where apparently your closer to space than any land. The desolate nature of that seemed depressing to me enough to want to create something. So I decided I would have 3 animals trapped in endless ocean and darkness where the only thing they would want to do is create a things to end there boredom. This lead to them creating humans but then I was between the humans starting the main conflict or one of the animals starting it. So I decided to give Wolf a temper so that it would be easier to make him the one to cause the conflict. With the animals being godlike figures to the humans having them solve the problem with pea...

Write about a meaningful object or place in your life that carries a story.

Senegal is the country my parents were born in. By sheer coincidence 2 people born in Senegal meet each other in the US and have a son. So that makes Senegal a really important place for me because my family from both sides live there. Whenever I visit it feel right at home. It really means so much to me to the point that I love it more than the US the country of my birth. Whenever some ask's if I'm African American, I make sure to specify Senegalese American because that's just how much that place means to me how much my heritage means to me. I wasn't here on Tuesday so I can't summarize what we did in class or mention what I learned that day.
